VacSim Multi^TM

is a high vacuum and ultra-high vacuum system design and simulation tool which simulates the dynamic pump-down or pressure cycling situation in the presence of outgassing from multiple materials.  VacSim Multi includes partial pressures for your choice of multiple gases.

VacSim and VacSim Multi allow you complete flexibility of connections.  For example you can have multiple chambers connected by multiple pipes with multiple pumps, apertures, leaks, gauges, timers etc., all in the presence of multiple outgassing materials.  You can also include logic components for a complete design and a complete system simulation.
